2. Application and scope of these terms

3. Offer, prices and VAT
All prices for our agent workflows are transparent and include the applicable VAT.
Any delivery or processing costs are clearly stated before you confirm your order.
Transparent prices: All prices in our online shop include VAT, and for B2B purchases you'll see your net price clearly before you pay.
4. Formation of the contract and payment
The contract becomes legally binding as soon as the Client completes checkout, accepts these terms and receives an automatic order confirmation by email.
Payments are processed securely through external infrastructure (including Squarespace Payments and Stripe).
5. How digital delivery works
Digital files and toolkits: As soon as your payment is confirmed, you'll receive all your digital files directly by email. (Do check your spam folder if the email isn't in your inbox.)
Digital services: Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email so you can schedule your personal appointment as soon as possible. Appointments at your office are only available to clients in the Benelux (Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands). Clients outside the Benelux have their appointment online.
6. Statutory guarantee of conformity
Under European consumer law, the Client is entitled to the statutory guarantee of conformity.
Cocoon Productions guarantees that all products and digital deliverables meet the stated specifications, functional requirements and standards of use.
7. The 6-month growth programme
Cocoon Productions provides a strategic and operational partnership that combines website management, branding and advertising campaigns, in four phases over six months:
Phase 1: build and set up (months 1–2): Setting up the foundations, web design, writing the key copy, building the structure of your online shop and aligning your branding.
Phase 2: analysis and optimisation (month 3): UX tests, an audit of your conversion rate, search engine indexing and a check of what's live.
Phase 3: grow and scale campaigns (months 4–5): Efficient search engine marketing, active Google Ads campaigns, lead generation and targeted client acquisition.
Phase 4: refine and hand over (month 6): Refining your brand materials, handing over the final strategy, expanding your media library (photo and video) and reviewing the programme after launch.
8. Onboarding and setting up your Google environment
Administrative access: The Client provides the admin and publishing access to the CMS, hosting and social channels that's needed to carry out the assignment.
Free setup of your Google environment: If you ask for it during a strategy session, we'll set up Google Analytics and Google Search Console for you free of charge, check the tracking and run an audit, so you start with clean baseline measurements.
9. Flexible maintenance
The Client keeps full control over their campaign budget. During a running campaign period, the Client can always ask for the Google Ads campaigns to be paused temporarily. While they're paused, invoicing goes down accordingly and we only invoice the basic subscription for website maintenance and security.

While they're paused, invoicing goes down accordingly and we only invoice the basic subscription for website maintenance and security.
13. Freedom of contract
Both parties enter into this agreement freely and voluntarily. Cocoon Productions reserves the right to refuse, suspend or discontinue a service for any client or prospective buyer if:
the Client doesn't provide the materials, access or cooperation needed to carry out the services;
the requested services breach the law, ethical standards or the policies of external platforms;
outstanding invoices or payment obligations remain unpaid after the due date.
Termination under this article doesn't release the Client from the obligation to pay for services already provided or digital products already delivered before the termination date.
14. Right of withdrawal and returns
14.1 Exception for digital content and services
Under European consumer law and the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Book VI), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal doesn't apply to Cocoon Productions' digital offer:
Digital products and downloads: By completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to the E-commerce Starters Toolkit (or other downloadable digital material), you expressly agree to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge the loss of your statutory right of withdrawal as soon as the access details or download links have been sent to your inbox.
Custom digital services: For the SME E-Commerce Growth Service, performance starts as soon as you schedule your first personal kick-off appointment (on site within the Benelux, online outside it). Because the service is custom-made and starts quickly at your express request, the right of withdrawal lapses as soon as performance has begun.
14.2 No returns, and technical exceptions
Because digital content and custom growth services aren't tangible and can't be undone:
Digital downloads: All sales of digital products are final. Digital products can't be returned, exchanged or refunded once the access link or file has been sent.
Cancelling services: Once an appointment has taken place or custom work has started, amounts paid aren't refunded.
Faulty files or technical problems: If you can't receive or open a digital file you've bought, please contact us straight away at our official support address. If a file turns out to be missing or damaged, Cocoon Productions will quickly send you a new link or a correct file.
15. Intellectual property
15.1 Ownership of digital products and materials
All digital toolkits, templates, images, documentation and materials provided through the online shop or during performance remain the exclusive intellectual property of Cocoon Productions (Coconne CommV) or its licensors.
15.2 Licence to use
After full payment, Cocoon Productions grants the Client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, without the right to sublicense, to use the purchased digital products and strategic programmes solely within its own business operations.
15.3 Restrictions
Unless Cocoon Productions gives express written permission, the Client may not:
resell, distribute, sublicense, rent or lease materials provided;
share download links or access keys with third parties outside its own business;
reverse-engineer or decompile the toolkits, or create derivative products from them for commercial distribution.
⚠️ What sharing files without permission means legally
Unauthorised sharing means distributing, forwarding or reselling a file in breach of the licence terms agreed at the time of sale. Because you expressly accept our terms and conditions at checkout, your purchase is a legally binding contract. If you share these protected files with third parties who have no right to them, you're not only committing a copyright infringement; you're also in breach of contract. This deliberate infringement immediately invalidates your licence to use, which means we can revoke your access to the materials without a refund. Because it's a breach of contract, we also have a clear legal framework to go to court and claim damages for the revenue we lose through the illegal distribution of our intellectual property.
16. Limitation of liability and guarantees
16.1 Scope of liability
To the extent permitted by Belgian law, Cocoon Productions is only liable for direct damage caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence (dol ou faute lourde). Cocoon Productions isn't liable for:
indirect or consequential damage, including loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of data or downtime;
outages, technical faults or failures caused by third-party infrastructure (for example Squarespace, Stripe or Google);
disappointing business results or figures where the recommendations from the digital toolkits or programmes haven't been implemented as advised.
16.2 Maximum liability
Cocoon Productions' total liability for a product or service is in any case limited to the amount the Client actually paid for that specific product or service.
17. Force majeure
Neither party is liable if it fails to perform its obligations, or performs them late, because of circumstances beyond its reasonable control (force majeure). Examples include serious cyberattacks, failure of telecoms or internet infrastructure, power cuts, government measures, natural disasters or major health crises.
If the force majeure lasts longer than thirty (30) consecutive days, either party may terminate the order or agreement concerned in writing, without compensation, except for an adjustment of the fee for what has already been delivered.
18. Governing law and competent court
18.1 Governing law
These terms and conditions and all legal relationships between Cocoon Productions (Coconne CommV) and its clients are governed exclusively by the law of Belgium, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
18.2 Dispute resolution
In the event of a disagreement or dispute, both parties will first make a reasonable, good-faith effort to settle it amicably before going to court.
18.3 Competent courts
If an amicable settlement can't be reached, all disputes about these terms fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Neufchâteau / Liège Enterprise Court (Neufchâteau division), Belgium, unless mandatory consumer law designates another court.

The part everyone skips
You can generate a hundred product descriptions this afternoon. Anyone can. That hasn't been the hard part for two years.
What nobody does is decide what needs to be on the page before the writing starts, and check afterwards whether it worked. So the copy goes live, the numbers stay where they were, and nobody can tell whether the copy was bad, the page was wrong, or the traffic was never going to buy anyway.
That's what this solves. Not the writing itself, but the two steps around it.
