An automated workflow for B2B lead generation
Every working day at 8:47, an agent goes looking for new clients for me. By the time I’ve finished my coffee, personal sales emails are waiting in Gmail. I read them through, hit send, and the prospect list keeps itself up to date. Here’s how I built it, with Claude and a handful of Google tools.

This is a concrete example of what you can expect from the in-company AI marketing training. Together we pick one real project from your own business, and your team builds it with me, step by step.
You don’t need any technical knowledge. Your team works in plain language, the way you’d explain something to a colleague, and I guide every step.
Within your Claude subscription
The agent runs as a scheduled task in your paid Claude subscription. Google Workspace, which you already use, does the rest. No extra software, no developer. Each run does count towards your subscription usage.
Small and easy to follow
Two skills in plain language, one email template and a script of a few lines. No big system that gets stuck: you can open and read each part on its own.
Easy to adjust
From weekly to every working day? One setting. Stricter or looser criteria? A few sentences in the skill. I changed both with Claude in one morning.
What the agent does for you every working day
The times are the agent’s, not the training’s. The agent works on its own for just under two hours. Then you spend a few minutes reading through.

Four building blocks
Each building block does one thing well. If you want to adjust something, the rest just keeps running. In the training, your team builds the same kind of building blocks for your own project.
Who does what?
Claude does the research. You decide what goes out. That’s exactly the split your team learns in the in-company training.
Claude does
- Finds companies that meet all the criteria
- Checks size, in-house production and sales to consumers
- Looks for signals with a link and a date, and makes nothing up
- Writes a personal opener for each prospect
- Fills in the email template and checks the wording
- Sends you a short report every morning
You do
- Set the target group and the criteria
- Approve the email template
- Read every draft in Gmail
- Send them yourself, or leave a draft unsent
- Get in touch when a prospect replies
- Adjust things when the results are off
Want a workflow like this for your business?
In the in-company training, we pick one real project together: this lead generation, your product pages or your newsletter. Your team builds it with me in Claude, in plain language and without coding. The skills stay with your team afterwards.
